Will my body and chest look "normal" after I lose weight and

I'm really concerned about my chest more than anything. I really don't want low and weird looking nipples!! Here's a picture at my current weight (about 255 pounds - my max was 320 and I've slowly lost over the last few years):

Any personal experiences, advice, or criticism would be much appreciated and help me deal with this.

    I'm NOT gonna criticize you! You're doing great! I worry about the same thing. I started at 280 and my first goal is 200 then 170. I've been large for a very long time and not sure my skin has the elasticity to get back to normal. I'm thinking I may start saving money for any skin or tummy tuck I may need when I finally reach my goal! Good Luck man! I'm proud of you!

    Do you do any weights? That would be great for toning up! Especially if you've lost a lot of weight.

    I have hear that water and strenght training (toning) will help with that. I hope that you get the answers you are looking for :blushing: Sorry that I can't be more help.

    if you build up your pecs, that will help position your :blushing: nipples:blushing: better.

    I am extremely worried about the same thing. I lost a good chunk of weight a couple summers ago (about 50 lbs) and my boobs starting shrinking considerably. It scared the hell out of me and lets just say I gained it all bk!! I def plan to get a boob lift once I lose all my weight if I am extremely unhappy with what Im left with. I guess it all depends on what you think is worse. The fat or skin.

    Your not the only one out there tho. I think about this daily.

    It takes more time for the skin to shrink back down than for the fat to go away, especially when you are loosing pretty fast. I think if you keep at it, make sure to do toning, and are patient, it will get closer to back to normal, at least. ... Better chance than us mommies have anyway.

    Yeah I'd start incorporating more strength training like others have said then specifically to the area(s) you want to change. I think you'll be fine long term, keep up the great work and best of luck.

    Definitely to weights and push ups. Push ups are great for the chest. If you build muscles there you should be fine!

    the fat is definitely worse!!! It hurts your health, the skin can be altered if it bugs you a lot, but it doesn't threaten your health.

    I'm not going to lie to you. Toning may help a little but skin is a complex thing.Once its stretched for a long period of time it's rare that it will return to it's proper tightness. One of by biggest fears about losing weight is knowing that my skin has been stretched for 11 years now and my stomach and breasts are not going to magically tighten. If it becomes that big of an issue after your weightloss journey is complete cosmetic surgery might be your only option. It's the hard truth about weightloss and it just makes you feel like you can't win no matter what. But think of the lose skin as proof of your hard work. It's to maintain your weight but it's a ***** working it off. You should be proud of everything you've accomplished.

    In your weight loss are you lifting any weights? Since you lost, what looks like, so much weight you may need some constructive surgery.

    I understand your plight. With my last child I had a C section which caused my lower abs not to come back to its normal shape. No matter how much ab work I do I don't believe it will ever come back without surgery.

    I don't believe it's to the extent that I'd have to have surgery. My skin doesn't seem to be loose or sagging... I've still got many pounds of fat to lose.
