30 Day Shred...how do i log in my diary..?

Just finished my first day of the 30 day shred and im dying...how do i log this in, in my exercise diary...? Thanks

    Most people, including me, log it as circuit training.

    I log it in as general aerobics. The calories calculated by MFP for it are very close to what my HRM (with a chest strap) calculates during 30DS.

    My goodness...i wanted to die...:cry: that thing is way harder than it looks...in five minutes it gave me the effect of what i would get with 60min on the treadmil...

    yes, this program is hard, but well worth the effort! I am certain you will see results by the end if you stay with it. Perhaps not the 5 pounds per week, but definitely be able to see a difference in your athletic ability, stamina, and you should see some definition, especially in the shoulders, that's where I saw the most difference. Good job, and as others have said, I log it as circuit training.
