I'm Lindsay. I'm about to be 19 years old. I'm 5'2 weighing in at 152, and I'm not really sure where I put it all because I don't think I look that big but apparently I am so here I am. A target weight for a girl my height and build is 118-132. My overall goal weight is 120, but I think I'll take baby steps at 130 for summer. I want to do this the healthy, safe way even though I have a history of ana/bia tendencies. I would really like some back up to help support me and vise versa on this journey to a better, healthier me. Please friend me and such, I'm very friendly. promise.
