well its been about 4.5 months, the longest I've ever been able to stick with something like this and its paying off for me. I'm down 55 lbs so far and Im super motivated!! I now find that my 4 workout day's where I take classes have become the part of the week that I actually look most foreward to!!!

Well...I was going to.....How do you put pics in here....
