Bruce Lee did it, so can we

I watched Leon last night which is an awesome film, but it reminded me of something I was reading about Bruce Lee a few weeks back:
He was crazy about his strength training - particularly abdominals, believing if you work on your core muscles you strengthen you're entire body. He also loved watching films at home, so he would work on his abs whilst watching movies. It's something everyone can do at home and takes your mind off the exercise too, you will find you can do loads more than usual over a good amount of time too, taking adequate breaks - like when a great bit of the film starts!
Try doing sit-ups, crunches, the sphinx, supermans, and stretches in front of the next film you're watching.
Add some suggestions for best films to watch or how many of each exercise you were able to do during a film, lets's get a challenge going.

I set up my laptop and put on an episode of Supernatural whilst I am on the eliptical trainer....it's amazing how quickly 50 minutes can go past when you are watching something good whilst training!0

I am currently working my way through Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I download them to my phone, then do 2 episodes at the gym. 44 minutes for elliptical and 44 minutes on the treadmill. I'm in Season 3 currently. It helps the time go by a lot better than just listening to music.0

Exactly, somehow it just calms everything down, you breathe better and concentrate less on the exercise!0

SUPERNATURAL!! That's my show!
This is good advice. I do this often while my husband and i catch up on DVR shows after the kids are in bed.I'll get down on the floor and do crunches, pushups, legs lifts. Anything, really. Anything to keep me strong since I don't have a ton of time during the day. I get my workout down during "nap" time, but both kids have not been napping and I know it won't be too long from now before I'll have to figure out some other time to work out.0
