I'm a Nurse and even though MFP says nurses have a "lightly active" lifestyle, this isn't true most of the time for me. Yes, when I'm not at work (I'm off 4 days a week) i'm lightly active, and there are shifts that are very slow. But most days at work i know i'm burning a lot more calories then normal. I also have less time to eat on work days. Any tips for adjusting to my work days?

I'd say either switch it to active or just be pleasantly surpised when you lose more weight then mfp predicted.0
