I always try to take Clif bars or such when I'm traveling.

If you don't have those, you can find a Kind bar at a lot of Starbucks... it's fruit and nuts and less than 200 cals. with lots of vitamins and minerals.

Also a fruit cup or a fruit smoothie,

    Have fun!

If I am stuck going to Starbucks, I will have the egg white, spinach and feta wrap; only 280 calories.

Starbucks fruit in a cup is my airport treat.

Depending on how many calories you want to spend, you have a few options at Starbucks: http://www.starbucks.com/menu/nutrition/20-under-200

Personally if Im going to Starbucks, I want a "treat" so I usually go for skinny and/or nonfat so that I FEEL like Im getting a treat but it's really not as bad as it COULD be. hehe
  • Well that sucked--was so looking forward to an egg white spinach wrap and they don't have them at O'Hare! Ended up eating half a yogurt partfait. This trip is gonna be hard. :(
