Crunch time Crazy training month Day two

Today was rough I have to say. I felt sick as all can be becuase of blazing heat. It was around 90 in that kitchen ewww. So when I got to the gym after work I literally had a a throbbing headache. I was able to eke out a few sets before I started to feel quesy on top of that. I decided to go home and nap it off. So a a few hours later and a couple ibuprofens later I was ready to go. So my new track is the elementary school in the evening. It has small hilsl that are PERFECT for my race training, they are steeper than whats on the course but not so big so that it will be too difficult. I did over a mile and 3/4 as well as hill sprints. I like doing the hill sprints because they get my heart jump started a little more. I also was doing jum squats down the grass along the sidewalk and people just looked at me like I was WIERD as all heck. So tommrrow I hit the gym before work, and I run before that. I also have a huge party to get thru at work tommorrow, meaning at least a ten hour day. After work I have to run some and do some sculpting. HMMMMMMM all this training will have a nice nice nice reward even more so than a race accomplishment, and that is a sexy halloween costume. I will check in with you all tommorrow
