Hi

I am in the UK and have only ever seen this mentioned on here, so am guessing its an American thing.

Is it worth me investing in? Does it work?

Your input would be much appreciated

In my opinion it is worth it, the workouts are great and can be adapted to any fitness level. If you like to workout at home, this program will certainly work.

Its a phenomenal program. Great strength workouts as well as cardio workouts. I lost 30 pounds doing it. It does require to use dumbbells and either a pull up bar or bands. I'm doing Insanity now which is equally as good but less of a focus on standard strength routines and more (crazy more) on cardio. I've lost an additional 10 pounds on Insanity in 6 weeks and am leaner than I've been in well over 10 years.

Like all things, you get what you put into it. I would say 30% of people who buy the program, actually complete it. Its full name is Power 90 Extreme. If you get it, make sure you're up for a challenge.

I've done 3 rounds and lost ~50lbs doing it.

P90X is an excellent program. The first week or two are difficult, but it does get easier. I am on the last 4 week phase of the program at the moment. I have a "before" and "current" picture up on my profile if you'd like to see some real world results. It can and does work.

Yes P90X works. If you do an hour or more a day of intense exercise for 6 days a week of anything, you'll burn a lot of calories.
