I reached 125lbs a while ago, which is a perfectly healthy weight for me. It's on the low end of BMI, for my height, but a bit high for my frame. I'm aiming to go to 115lbs, but I'm sabotaging myself.

It's not a matter of willpower. I'm a vegan, and I spent three months sticking to my calories perfectly, until I reached the 125lbs mark. Then I started binging, which I've never done before. I know that I'm sabotaging myself. A part of me is choosing to eat above my calories, and stay at this weight.

I know 115lbs is a healthy weight for my height and build. 125lbs is too.

This has been going on for almost two months now.

Help?

If you are perfectly healthy at 125, and you're happy with the way you look, then why arre you trying to lose 10 more pounds? Is it because this was your original goal and you're stubborn? Just let it go. If you're on the low end of your healthy BMI and you are happy with the way you look, Go on maintenance. Change your end game to what you weigh now. DOn't hurt yourself. Congratulate yourself and move on. BTW I would KILL to weight 125!
