Cardio exercises

Can weight loss be achieved by doing cardio exercises only? I hate strength training and weights at gym, but love walking outside and bicycling. I am currently doing 3 miles of brisk walking during week days and ride my bike for an hour on weekends. Any thoughts on this?

I spoke to one of the trainers in my gym about this myself!
Cardio is important and great for burning fat, but strength training is good for toning and reshaping your body. I used to despise doing strength training but now I do a little bit along with my workouts 3 times a week ( I do cardio 5 times a week).
I suppose its up to the individual though! Any exercise is good at the end of the day!0 -
Thanks for your input. I do despise weight training. It's funny, most people hate cardio and prefer strength training . I just hate going to the gym doing these. I'd rather be outside any day. But, we've been getting lots of rain here lately so treadmill here I come.0
