Hey all!

Well i'm back! (used to be Bigjeff)
I would like to share the changes of habits that I've made or am in the process of making to help me with my weight lost.
Please feel free to add-correct or comment on it!

1.Make my lunch instead of going out for lunch.
-When I make my lunch, I plan for breakfast-snack 1-Lunch-snack 2, no more, no less.
2.Take minimal cash to work
-They have a cash only cantine, with all the good stuf like candy bars, chips and the oh so evil double stack ice cream sandwich!!
3.Take my coffee black
4. No more eating after 8PM (i go to bed at 11)
5. no more junk food in the house
-If it's good for me, it's good for the family ;)
6. Go to the gym 1st thing in the morning before work, or on my way home BEFORE going to the house
-3 times out of 5 if I stop home, somthing comes up and I end up not going.
7. I got rid of my weeled chair.
8.We plan our meals ahead.
-The ready quick food is aften really bad for you, if the calories dont get you, the salt will.
