How do you enter P90X workouts?

I know this has probably been discussed before. However, after searching I couldn't find any threads which answered this question. So forgive me in advance if they exist.

My question is:
What is the best way to enter in my P90X workout videos? (I don't have a heart rate monitor so I can't go by that.) I just did the Plyometrics video and I am not sure how to enter it into my log.

Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. I've worked out a lot *with* a hrm (it's dead now) and sort of know how to gauge myself. I did plyo this morning and put a half hour of jumping jacks. That was about 300 calories. I probably burned a few more, but entering in an hour seemed like too many.

How's that for crappy help? ;)

Like you I was surprised when I found that the P90X exercises were not in the data base. I think the main reason is that the calorie burn is going to be vastly different from one individual to another, depending on weight, age, weights lifted, intensity, etc so a "standard" number would be impossible. I don't have a HRM so for the strength training I just log the strength training minutes and take the number MFP gives, which I think is low for P90X. For the cardio I just use something from the database what seems similar. What I use may vary depending on my intensity that day. This is of course very inexact but I don't eat back all of my exercise calories anyway. If you plan to eat back all or most of your exercise calories you will have to gat a HRM to be accurate. For me that is not necessary - I just aim to under record my calorie burn and eat less than that.
