zumba on xbox kinect calorie count

i just got zumba on xbox kinect and did 20 minutes at beginner level. does anyone know how i find out how many calories i burned? thanks

It varies alot but I usually burn between 100-300 depending on the intensity. You might want to get a hrm watch.

i actaully log it under ball room dancing-fast, it comes out to the same calorie burn

I don't know if it's right, but when I do my Zumba sculpt and tone workout for approx. 40 mins., I log it under the modern dance, aerobic workout, or somewhere along those lines. It calculates it to a pretty reasonable burn. /shrug
But as everyone else is going to suggest, a heart rate monitor will give you pretty accurate results. I myself have been planning to pick one up!
