1 Minute of walking

For every minute of walking you do, you increase you lifespan by 1.5-2 minutes. Just thought I'd share with everyone. Happy walking :happy:

    no wonder my grandma is in such great shape! she looks 40 but is 66 years old! it's amazing. she has always stayed in shape and eaten so healthy.
