I am a stay at home mommy with two little ones under two yrs old. I can't always run outside due to the weather and sometimes kids daddy gets home too late from work. wondering if anyone has any cardio workouts I can do in home when I can't go out!

I like the PP's recommendation. You can always run in place to some upbeat music. Sometimes I do 'wii active' which has a lot of cardio in it..more than wii fit.

also have you checked out fit for duty -they have a podcast on itunes that is free and they have workouts for all types of things

Get a stepper and work in oher excercise in two minute intervals. You can get one for like $20 bucks @ wal-mart.

I go 2 minutes than run up and down as fast as I can for minute. Next, I step for 2 more minutes, than I either jump rope, do jumping jacks, push ups or crunches. I repeat this to reach 25 minutes than the last 5 minutes I jog up and down the stepper. I am drenched when I get done. This is a great way to start the day!

A great workout that I did was the 30 day shred, its only 20 minutes and it has cardio, strength training and abs. You need 3lb weights, if you don't have them its ok you can still do the workout.

Chekc out http://torquefitness.blogspot.com/. I post workouts and alot of my meals to here too.
TABATA PROTOCAL or 20 Minutes of INERVAL TRAINING GUT BUSTING CARDIO are my favorites. Quick, equiptment light and plus your under two's (I do this all the time with my toddler under foot) won't get hurt or feel neglected!

When I was on my mat leave I used to run the stairs in my house, dance with my baby, use my baby as a weight and lie on my back and push her up, do peek a boo squats where you hide behind something like your couch when you squat down and then "peek a boo" back up. Have you looked into any classes that you can do with the kids? Playing at a playground is also good if your older chil is mobile and you can have the younger one in a carrier.

I love workout DVDs. I have several. Right now I'm doing Insanity. If I'm feeling good, I'll do another workout later on like 30 Day Shred.

Invest in a Kinect or Wii. Hey, the kids will want one someday anyways.

Try some of the challenges on here. Most you are able to do at home - either a DVD or just stuff that other members have put on.

The stair challenge is really good. Either running up and down it. Or a mini step routine on the bottom stair!

Could try and making up a little routine that you can do when you have a few mins. Like Star Jumps, squat jumps, lunge jumps, jogging on the spot.

Also if you have a jump rope / skipping rope - its always good. Not sure how old your youngest is - but I have just started doing sprints with my kids - they are on scooters or bikes and I am sprinting up the road. walk back and repeat. I basically race them and then they walk back with me. They think its a game - but i'm getting my fitness in!!!

Sorry just seen you have two under 2 yrs. Do you have a double stroller?? Could try and run with the stroller? You wont be able to go for speed but its a great cardio workout with weights!!!!!
