Hey my peep's/pal's I need some tips, how do I strengthen/build up my push up. I wanna them to come easy to me in my classes, cause now there pretty sad. I do fine on my knees lol but I wanna stay on my toes :-D . . . HOOK A SISTA UP!

My feet seem to always slide and I don't like that it feels like I'm messing up my shoes lol

    The more you do on your knees, the sooner you'll be able to use your toes without sliding. If you're sliding and feeling awkward, your form may be suffering.
