Wanted to post another my favorite recipes. It's what turned me onto salads, and maybe it can do the same for you. Yes, I was once afraid of salads... and I definitely never saw myself eating them as meals! This Greek salad with chicken is hearty, tasty AND has only 327 Calories for a massive serving!
