Week 2 NSV

Alright so I've already mentioned in another post I don't have that much weight to lose and for me its been more about being at an unhealthy weight and knowing I need to change things. So I started about 11 days ago here on mfp. From 6 days ago to today my nsv is inches lost.
Thighs: 23.5 inchs-22.5 = 1 inch!
Upper hips: 33.25 inches- 31 = 2 1/4 inches!
Calves: 14.25-13.5= 3/4 inch.
Bicepts: 11.5-11= 1/2 inch
Lower hips (under tush): 38-36= 2 inches!!
Neck: 12 1/4-12= 1/4 inch
Butt/hips: 37-36= 1 inch.
If anyone is curious, I'm obviously keeping up on eating healthy, weight training 4 times a week and doing cardio (usually walking at an incline) for 30 minutes 4 times a week.

That is awesome! Keep it up!!! I have a problem of not remembering to measure lol, so this is great motivation for me to measure myself this week!! :bigsmile:0
