I'm confused. If you eat your exercise calories how do you lose
weight.

Because of the calorie deficit that you set in MFP.

The daily calories are set for no exercise while still losing weight. It's already a deficit. If you exercise, the calories you need increases to maintain that deficit.0

Press the search in the message boards under community please and type in exercise calories. the board gets way too filled with the same questions over and over again.
