WOW! I am really doing this!

I wanted to post here to say that if I can do this, ANYONE can do this. You just have to find your motivation. Mine motivation is getting healthy to better serve God. I am active in my church and want to work with the drama team. (Look at the first pictures! Do I look like someone who is gonna get up and perform?! NOT!)

So far I have went from a sad, 20-22 to a comfortable size 12. I am nowhere close to where I want to be but I AM DOING THIS! My roller coaster ride of weight gain/lose has finally come to an end.

Finding Body Gospel has not only helped me transform my body it has helped me learn to Praise God by dancing. It is wonderful. If anyone our there does body gospel I would love to have a workout buddy. If you want to try it I can set up my webcam and do it with you! (I will focus the camera on the television, not on myself)

LOOKIN GOOD!!! Congrats on your progress so far!

It's funny, I've had a change in my thinking this time around too. Instead of thinking "I'll give this a try" I'm thinking "I'm doing this". It's not even a "rah-rah look at me I'm on a diet" feeling but more of a peaceful feeling that I'm finally doing the right thing for me and that I'm ready for it. It's really nice.

I've never been one to post stuff and become 'friends' with strangers on a website but I really have to say that having friends who are so positive and encouraging has been surprisingly uplifting and motivating. I highly recommend connecting with some of the wonderful people on this site to help share in the journey with you. You can start with me if you'd like )

Either way, you look great and it sounds like you are feeling great too! Time to perform? Yeah, go for it girl!

It is very much my story. Maybe it comes across that way because i put the info link on there. I was only hoping to help others by adding that information.
