Not that new and getting a bit discouraged

Hi! i have been on for about a month now and have lost 2 lbs. I stick pretty closely with the 1200 limit and sometimes am even under. I am frustrated b/c i have lost 2 lbs and haven't lost anything else in weeks.
My goal is 8 lbs which might not seem like a lot but when you are 5'3 and weigh 131 that is about 2.5 sizes in clothes. Also I had already lost about 6 lbs before starting.
Any ideas from those who have been here and gotten through some slumps?

Hey, increase your calories a little and are you getting your good fats because if you are not your body will hold everything you put into it. I was stalled, and I have lots of weight to go, as soon as I increased a little in started to go down again.0

Are you exercising? What is your water intake? Are you consuming the "good" calories, or just any calories?
The best thing to do, is get paper & pen and journal your food to a perfect "T" you could be eating to much cheese, or not enough protien...not enough fiber, etc...
the water intake is the main key point to losing weight.0
