30 day shred results?

Hello. I know there's a bunch of questions on here regarding JM 30 day shred so I apologize if this has already been asked. For those of you who have had good results, how many days a week did you do it? Also, did you do any other kind of workout with the shred to get your results, or did you just do 30 day shred? I know Jillian is great and her DVD's are awesome, I'm just having a hard time believing you can get the results she promises in 30 days. Any advice would be helpful.
