Here we are! 10 days until Christmas. I am very proud of the number of people who have stuck with this challenge! Even with bad days here and there - YOU are doing GREAT! Keep it up!!!
I did indeed do plenty of walking yesterday. I rode down into town with my hubby yesterday since I had a doctor's appt and didn't want to drive through the tons of snow. So, I had to occupy lot's of time. In between going into a few shops at the mall, I power walked with my double stroller around the whole mall loop, that was after I had to park REALLY far away from the doors and jog with the double stroller through the snow & slush filled parking lot. THAT was a workout! Anyway, I have to go down for a party today so I'll plan to eat well and then I'll do some bike riding at the very least tonight.
+++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:

ps I'm down another 2.5 lbs so now I've lost 27.5 lbs in 14 weeks. Almost averaging 2 lbs per week. Even though I won't make my Christmas weight loss goal I'm VERY pleased with my progress. :bigsmile:

Just do 10 minutes. That's it. Then if you feel up to it, do 10 more. Repeat.0 -

through the snow to the gym: 40 minute walk
60 minute spin class
totally agree with the "do 10 minutes" advice. I do this on days I feel I can't exercise. I have never quit after those first ten minutes. For me, the motivation often comes after the starting.
Keep it up, ladies! (and gentleman)0
