Hi! I'm a newbie. I found "myfitnesspal" while searching for online calorie trackers. I looked at several and picked this one because of ease of use and I really like the layout.
Well, I'm here because I need to lose some weight. I've never been one for fad diets or diet pills. And I want to eat foods that I choose, so this seems like a natural fit.
I have multiple sclerosis, so exercise doesn't always work for me on a day-to-day basis, but I'm doing my best to do something every single day -- even if it's just cleaning the toilets or picking a few weeds. I know, those seem like such simple tasks, and once upon a time they were.
Anyway, just wanted to say "Hi"!
