I was feeling crummy and decided to just get on the treadmill to feel a little bit better. Despite getting cramps like every 2 minutes (which I staved off a little bit tightening my abs) I managed to jog for the majority of the 30 minutes I was on there!!! I've never been able to run before I'd always get winded (not even a smoker) and have such bad cramps and just give up. With water in holder and Adele on my ipod I did what I could. I really need this victory today and I hope it helps someone. Just keep trying and eventually you will succeed just don't lose heart.

Thanks! I'm not totally out of the woods yet but I'm getting there. Hang in there sunshine_girlie you'll get there! I'm just getting there and it's taken me a long time. Starting by walking really helps a lot too! Good luck0
