                    I started here about 10 months ago. Since then i have reached goal weight. But since reaching my goal weight i have received 3 and about to have a 4th surgery. I am currantly at 212 i would like to gt into the 180's but must be below 197 for my job. So hopefully this will help me. Ive had foot surgery and am still healing so cannot exercise much at all. which helps none at all.

            Welcome, you can do it. I lost my first 12 pounds or so using this site just to track food and I wasn't exercising. I did it for two reasons, one being my schedule didn't really give me much time for exercise then, and two because I knew I needed to get a handle on my eating first. So, just strictly adhere to your calorie goal, making sure the foods you are choosing are really healthy, keep your fiber up, sodium and sugar down. When you're healed from your surgery, add in exercise as soon as you are ready!0
