friends & ricecakes :O)

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone needed extra friends? I daren't invite my 'non internet' friends to join me on my quest, for fear of causing major offence!! lol
I'm looking to lose about another 1.5 stone but am finding it quite hard to self motivate as time goes on.
A great foody tip I have just found though is ricecakes, 30 calories a pop. I usually squash a bag of crisps onto my salad as i LOVE the extra crunch but they were costing me 133 calories a day. The ricecake does almost the exact same job so I can save my calories for something else :O)
Anyone else got any simple tips?

I love some flavored (I like caramel) rice cakes with reduced fat peanut butter. mmmmm Pretty low cal desert.0
