Can you do the 30 day shred along with running and spinning? Was thinking of doing the 30day shred DVDs but didnt know if i had to give up my cardio.

Yes I absolutely recommend it. 30 Day Shred does not have a whole lot of cardio. I always run at least 2-3 miles a day when I do the shred.0 -
I go to the gym for my cardio as well as doing my shred.0

I'm doing C25K with shred. It's been fine with the exception of yesterday, I was just beat and skipped the shred. But, it was an all around "off" day. You should be fine. Good luck!0

I do Zumba on off days, and use the elliptical for at least 30 minutes on 30DS days.0

I do the Shred everyday and then do C25K 3 days a week, Zumba twice a week, and walk about 3 miles on my non-C25K days.0
