I found this app to track my intake as part of my Insanity workouts and with just a few days I am seeing how poorly I actually eat- Sort of eye opening. But this is my question How do I categorize that type of workout or calculate the calories spent? I have called it High Impact Aerobics but it sure feels like I am burning more than 350 calories in those 40 minutes.
