Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong? Im only running a mile yet my feet look like this:

phahahaha jk I hope you guys have a sense of humor! Just starting couch to 5k and while my feet feel like that, they dont look like that...yet :happy:

    I think they hurt cause Im so flat footed that the arch support is too high for me...Im too broke to buy more right now....If my feet start looking like that FORGET RUNNING! lol

    Do the insoles of your shoes come out, that helped mine. LOL Ya I know I'm weird but they feel much better.

    Tell me about it. My husband sits and pokes my callouses because he thinks its funny that I cant feel like...half of my foot. lol :tongue:
