Vitamins

What do you guys think of Vitamins? I've never really taken them (other than maybe when I was a kid), but have been wondering if I should look at some type of daily vitamin as I'm really trying to make lifestyle changes, lose weight, and get healthy.

    It's a staple for anybody, because most people simply can't get enough vitamins through their daily diet. Take it!

    I take a women's multivitamin (found the best for me is Alive! Women's Metabolism) but make sure to take it with a meal, Vitamin B-Complex (for an added energy and metabolism booster), and Fish Oil (for heart health)

    Agreed! The same advice has been dispensed to me by my regular physician and my OB/GYN. It would be a phenomenal feat if you met the RDA for every vitamin and mineral every day through diet!

  • i take a prenatal one been doing so for over 10 years since i been 15 years old just a habit. and no im not pregnant it just make my nails and hair grow crazy. and if i decide to get pregnant one day i be prepare lol
  • I notice a major difference if I don't take my vitamins everyday... so they are a must for me.
    I take Walgreens Weight Control Vitamins, an extra Vitamin B, an extra Vitamin D and Probiotics.

    I know i feel better when taking them, I take gnc womens active ultra (mainly because they are the only ones that dont make me blow chunks) i also take a b complex , cause i feel better when i do. Thinking about adding omegas (fishoil or flax seed) or some such
