Help in changing up fitness regime...

Hello all!
I've realised that my body's got used to my current fitness regime. Anybody got any ideas how to challenge it again! No weights please- I do very little weights as I used to bodybuild and put muscle on extremely easily- cardio's what I'm after!
This is what I do now: Mon, Tues and Thurs- start with sub 28 min 5k. Then do ten mins of 30 second intervals at 6.2km and 16km pace. Then I do 15-20 mins of hill running at 10km per hr. Tues I do 45 min of mixed cardio- usu some time on the elliptical or bike- burning 600 to 700 cals. Sat is my long run day where I'll do 10km to 15km at 10.6km per hr. I always do ten mins or so of sit ups, very light weights, balancing exercises and/or press ups and ten mins of warm down. No running outside as pavements mess up my knee.
All help gratefully received- am looking to burn 700 to 800 in a regular session and 1000 cals on Sat. Cheers in advance!

What you're doing is repetitive motion, so something that's constantly changing your position (up, down, side-side, low, high) would change it up.
I recommend Calisthenics.Yes, it's strengthening but it's not weights.
Go to www.bodyrock.tv
The workouts are short and intense. Peruse and find some that work for you.0
