Alright, I'm introducing myself. I am finally ready to lose the last 13 lbs I have been trying to lose for what seems like FOREVER. I am down 10 from last October but these last few are super hard. But, it needs to happen. I'm ready, I just need some continued motivation! I get motivated (like today...) then fall off after a couple days if I have a bad day or just get super hungry.

Hey welcome! i just joined today, too! I'm the exact same way, I'm really good for a few days and then one bad day throws me off. I'm trying to lose 12 pounds. I've never lost weight before.0

Welcome to MFP.
If you want to lose some more weight, you can try training for a marathon. Doesn't really matter if you plan on actually competing in one. When I was doing my marathon training, I lost 10 lbs in about 9 weeks without even trying or counting calories. If I paid more attention to what I ate, I probably would have lost more.
