I had a really hard time with 1200 calories, but I've done my homework and I know it makes sense. I was coming from a diet of 2k-3k calories a day though. Woops.
It was a gradual process to get down to 1200 calories and feel full. Optimally, I eat 3-5 times a day. I try to keep my meals between 300-400 calories and then I have two snacks to fill the gaps.0
