When is the best time of day to have a protein shake? Does it really matter? I was thinking of drinking it with breakfast. Thanks

Breakfast is a great time for a shake, and also post-workout!0

Absolutely, protein is the one macro-nutrient that we need more of. Keep your calorie goal, and you'll be fine. Protein actually increases metabolism more than carbs and fats, so by theory you'd lose more weight with more protein as long as your overall calories are in line.0 -
