Need to get as fit as possible as quick as possible...

Hi all... I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what I should do to train for a job I may be starting in June. the job is basically riding a 400 lb bike around with 300 lbs of passengers, plus myself.

My current fitness regimen is biking with 100 lbs of kids and trailer behind me for about 30 mins a day, plus strength training and an occasional run and yoga.

Is there anything I should really focus on to prepare for this job?

    I really have no idea, other than to increase the weight in the trailer with the kids, and to do it for longer periods of time. Good luck!

    Well that's an interesting situation! I would say you need to add some weight to that bike for practice! Not giving yourself a lot of time to prepare, you'll just have to jump right in. I'd start working out those legs hardcore, squats, lunges, and the like, and practice riding as much as you can!
