So I have been doing this for about three weeks now and along with diet and excercise the weight is flying off. One thing I am having trouble with is this; I burn anywhere from 200-500 calories a day. This means that of my 1790 calories per day, i really look at 1990-2290. I always end up nearly 700 under that goal and love seeing that I will be such and such weight in 5 weeks. Should I continue to be around 700 under, or would it be worth my time to eat something extra to get closer to the 1990-2290 the app suggest...

You should at least stay above the minimum calorie guidelines for your net goal (1200 for a female 1500 for males). Outside of that, it's really up to you. The minimum is for safety's sake so your body will KNOW it's being fed and in no danger of starving.0
