I've seen people asking for a way to track their macronutrients in percentages, not just grams, so I made a quicky little spreadsheet that can take your grams of carbs, protein and fat and will convert it to total calories and percentages. I didn't know of a better way to share an Excel file, so I set up a website and uploaded it there: http://jillsstuff.weebly.com/ I put in some "dummy" numbers for the grams, but the formulas should work just fine if you replace them with your actual grams.

thats a good tool! I usually just do the math myself, but that is awesome for people who aren't too sure about how many cals in each macro and how to find percentage.0
