I went back to swimming today (finally)

Woo hoo!!
I love to swim, I'm not bad Or fabulous at it but truly love to swim and have found that with skanky asthma it very rarely triggers attacks (actually, ironically I had my 1st attack in a swimming lesson :huh: but you get my point)
I did 18 lengths, breast stroke. I'm feeling really happy that I went back.
I WILL keep going.

That is excellent. I wish I could find a place with a pool that is affordable.0

I love to swim. I've been swimming 3 times a week since February and it just makes me feel so good. I'm getting ready to cut back to once a week for the winter and I know I will miss it.
