The Body Fat solution...can it really be done???

I have been reading the body fat solution (Tom Venuto) and have gleaned some good tips from it. I am almost to my goal weight and all this time have been shooting for a body fat percentage of around 21% - right now I'm hovering at about 22.5%...In this book, the recommendations to be considered lean for a woman is 16-20%. I'm wondering if any of you out there have accomplished this - post pics, give me motivation, etc. I have thought I was close to goal, but maybe I need to shoot for a little lower weight to get that body fat percentage lower...thoughts? suggestions??? I would LOVE to see my abs again...

I just finished reading his book about 3 weeks ago and for that many weeks have started lifting according to his plan. I feel different and people are asking me if I am losing again but my weight is the same as it was 6 months ago.
Before reading his book I was lifting using the machines at the Y but now I am using dumbbells and his A/B day routine with a couple of combination lifts added in. I am burning twice the calories that I was before and my muscles feel hot for hours after.
