Hello, I am Erica.
Obviously I am new to this program--although not entirely new to trying to lose weight. I always seem to get distracted by work or school--the usual excuse: I get too busy which really is no excuse at all.
Luckily, my job is fairly active (Building maintainence--fancy talk for janitorial work) so I am not actually GAINING any weight. But I'm not actually loosing any either. Hopefully, I will begin to lose some soon as I am starting to ride my bike to work everyday that the weather isn't nasty. Morning runs are going to be entering my life again too!
Anyways, back on topic.
Right now I am in Kansas, although I will be moving in a few months to North Dakota to go to college in the fall.
I am currently: 148lbs, 5'0''
My goal weight is: 120lbs

Hi I just started this site (3 days in) it seems good. Sound like you have a good situation in terms of exercise and your goals. I suddenly found myself at 190 and am 5'6 ...yikes. my goal is 150. I think it's do -able. Keep up the good work.
