11 years ago I got down to 189lbs, since then I gained weight little by little until I reached a high of 278lbs in Feburary. I knew it was time to do something about it, so I started watching what I ate in mid March and got down to 265lbs. I started using MFP in April to monitor my calorie intake, and started walking/running 3x a week. Now I'm down to 249lbs and counting! It's been a blast so far and I want to keep it going!
