    Hi everyone!!

    I've been on here for about a week so far and I'm loving it. Lost 4lbs in the first week and I still got to have some treats and eat what I want. Also, because I cook a lot from scratch, the "my recipes" section is wonderful. I'll be making my profile public in the next few days and sharing my recipe ideas and I'd appreciate any suggestions too.... X
