Hi All,

well i'm new to MFP after losing 8kgs on Body Trim i decided to give something else a go along with doing Bikram Yoga!

I'm forever stuck on what to eat and whats the best things to eat to help lose weight and prevent bloating. I'm soooo excited to see that there are so many people doing this that we can hopefully share tips & ideas!

I'd love to hear from you.
