Hi! I'm pretty new too .... Florida is one of the inspirations for my weight loss - we have a holiday planned for Easter next year and I want to be able to feel comfortable in the heat and swim and shop without a care!

would love to have you as a friend, we never have enough friends, I am under drs. orders to lose weight and I am struggling so far. I have a back injury so all I can do is walk. On a 1500 calorie diet so far. I work in a restuarant always moving, no standing around there. Any advice would be appreciated, thanx:flowerforyou:
