After working out in the evening, and not really wanting to eat anything (as by the time I get home, it's about 8.30)

I was looking into trying protein shakes in the evening, and was recommended the PHD whey powder byt he woman in the shop. Has anyone tried this, or any suggestions much appreciated!

I have for goodness shakes, but not really being a shake person I don't usually bother. They are recommended by those in the fitness industry, though.

I use PHD pharma whey protein everyday after my workout. It mixes well and tastes great. only 101 calories a serving too with 1g of carbs
