When do you workout?

    I work out in the evenings. My calorie burns seem to be better when I work out in the evening.

    Usually around 10-11am, or at 9-10 at night. I'm not a morning person, whenever I try to make myself get up super early to work out I just eventually stop altogether.

    On the days I work from home, I usually exercise around 10 a.m. If I exercise on at-the-office days, it's usually around 4-5 p.m.

    I run in the afternoons when I get off of work. Only problem is that about an hour after I run, I get so hungry and I end up binging later in the evening :(

    Most of the time right after work, thought I have done workouts later in the evening if that's the only time I can fit it in. Some people find that disrupts their sleep, but I don't have any problem with it.

    I tried morning workouts for a while, but I am not a morning person and it just made me cranky.
