With fall just around the corner, I was wondering if anyone had any healthy pumpkin recipes? I'm assuming that you can bake up pumpkin like any other squash, correct? Any ideas what I can do with them?

I have a great recipe of for harvest pumpkin soup!!! its in the recipes forum! I'll try to bump it for you!
