First of all hello everyone! I just started my fitness pal and am pretty excited about it so far. I have a question though. When I go to strength is doesn't have calories burned. I would like to track this but all I have seen is in the cardiovascular section that strength training for 30 mins burns 144 calories. Is there anyway to find out what was burned by reps, pounds and type of life anywhere?
Please help if you can. I can just keep another journal of wight lifting calorie burn and add it to my diary.
